- Life in the Mountains of WNC!
- Growing up in NW Ohio then spending 15 years in S Florida - now living in WNC - "God Will'en & the Creek Don't Rise" I would not choose to live anywhere else. We have the great fortune to be in an area where 49% of our county is State and National Forest with over 250 waterfalls, great hiking trails, mountain lakes, and breathe taking views of the mountains as they constantly change. Downtown Brevard is vibrant with a variety of store fronts, art galleries, coffee shops, great family owned restaurants and much more. We have a 4 year college that is over 150 years old, a 2 year community college, 20+ camps one of which is world renowned Brevard Music Center and lots of friendly, giving, supportive folks. You can see why I am grateful to be living in the mountains of WNC!
